Currently, our private viewing appointments are only available for clients in the UK, and we charge £500 + VAT for our door-to-door private viewing appointment. The fee is 90% deductible if you ultimately purchase the item.

A fee for booking the appointment will be collected before our private appointment occurs. Additionally, this booking fee will not be refundable once we have confirmed the booking with your consent and signature. You are permitted to cancel or reschedule the appointment you wish to book prior to us sending you the signed private viewing appointment booking confirmation.
We regret any financial loss this may cause you. However, arranging travel expenses on our end following your confirmed booking would incur significant costs. Therefore, we greatly appreciate your understanding that we cannot issue any refunds for your private viewing appointment payment once we have received a confirmation with your signature.
